Job Data Correction

Requests to correct an employment record in Job Data must be sent with the Job Data Correction (JDC) Form. The JDC form should only be used if the correction cannot be done in myUFL through an ePAF.


  • Originator: Complete the JDC form with specific details and obtain appropriate signatures
  • Level 1: Verify if this action can be completed through ePAF and sign the form
  • Submit to Employment Operations & Records before the HR deadline by emailing the form to Typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days
  • For retroactive changes, please also include the Retro60 Form. This form is used to request approval to change an employee’s compensation and/or FTE in job data that would be retroactive 60 calendar days or more. Please note that retroactive changes to compensation have additional impacts to the employee and employer contributions for retirement, elected optional life, and disability insurance. These changes may generate fines from the State of Florida.

Please note that requests submitted after the HR deadline will be completed for the following pay period.
