- Cleared to hire
- Verbal offer
- Verbal acceptance
- Background check
- Criminal
- Education verification
- Experience verification
- Written offer
- Written acceptance
- Gather demographic info and photo for ID card
- Initiate/enter ePAF
- Email to candidate to create Gatorlink
- Email to candidate to complete GatorStart
- Candidate creates Gatorlink
- Candidate completes GatorStart
- College/unit HR administrator requests ID card
- Background check complete
- ePAF approved, provided the candidate has completed GatorStart
- Email to candidate from TAPS with 2-week parking permit and other transportation information
